The rhythm is okay. I don't have problems with it, if only the thing that buildup is more understandful when it's 4 measures instead of just 3.

The melody seems like it was picked at random. There is no actual tonality covering the whole track and it's really weird when you're listening to this.

Sound effects are good enough for me. Although punches&kicks are a bit too quiet.

At 00:50, random high notes are added. They create dissonances that aren't that good to listen to.

01:00 - 01:26 - both spooky and boring.

01:28 - was that supposed to be a drop? For me it's nothing but a mess. Dissonances are now even more painful to listen to. 'Release me' thing throughout it sounds really depressive.

I'd rate more than just 3 stars if not the random high notes and random melody.

Well, it's too many dissonances for me. I guess mixing is okay, but samples are just too overused and simplistic, even for a 8-bit track they are a bit annoying. The drop seems good, but the Clap sample before it screws it all up. To avoid your samples being overused, just do something to them with a sound editor or just find another one.

(In my FL Studio early tracks I had (and probably have now as well) this problem. Just try to make the sounds more original and... fitting each other.)

Yah, I saw some of these problems while I was making it, but I have a limited time schedule. You see, I have the demo of FL studio, and so I have to work on my tracks on an adjustable time frame. Usually, I have to stop around nighttime, for undisclosed reasons, so I just kind of have to wrap everything up.
As for the overused sample thing, well I totally agree with you. I've been trying to use other melodies and samples so that they wouldnt get too repetitive. It's just something that I have to develop, honestly.
For the dissonances, I would say that, for me at least, I have improved upon blending certain samples together. If you listen to Retro Bossfight, you would see I had it much worse. I'm thinking about adding less chords so that those cacophonous sounds would go away.
For the clap sample, I see what you mean. In the beginning, it is obviously too loud. Also, right before the drop, I would say that I could've modified the claps better. Like making them quieter, and adding some effect to them.
So ya. I'm sorry for the long response, but your review was the first ever constructive one that I've seen in my music. So, I just want to say Thank You for helping me get better :) I really want to learn to make better music, and if you could teach me in some way or form, that would be amazing.

Percussions and soundbanks are well done, but some notes don't just fit each other.
Like C, E and G#, they just sound awful together.

It has many dissonances that just don't fit there. Also, I got bored by repetitions, but as long as it has decent soundbanks and a row of harmonies, I think it will deserve my 3,5 stars :)

You know, this sounds good. But I would like it to have more difference, not just looping around the same, small thing. Although I see nothing wrong with this 'small thing', it's done pretty well for the genre.

Yeah, a good thing. But I think it isn't 'cinematic'. Although, you deserved 5 stars for this liveliness inside the song, I like it.

Chords are too simple, they don't interact with each other, no dominant or subdominant. FL Studio's basic samples, too. You should search for more different ones.

Music is looping around, it's not divided on some parts, intermedias. Just a copy-paste.

This doesn't seem right. 1 star.
